Before I ever considered yoga, I was at one of the lowest points in my life - burnout, ADHD struggles, medication adjustments, and overwhelming mental health challenges. I felt completely alone, even though I had the love and support of my husband, family, and friends. By chance, I met Tricia in my neighborhood. A simple conversation about Yoga - something I had dismissed as “not for me” - turned into the beginning of a life-changing journey. Tricia listened with compassion, never pushing, only offering understanding and gentle encouragement. A few days later, I attended a free one-to-one taster session. I was nervous, doubtful, and convinced I wouldn’t be able to switch off. But from the moment I stepped into her class, Tricia welcomed me with warmth and professionalism. She created a safe space where I could share my struggles openly.
