“A HUGE thank you to Faith and Diane for making Carter’s birthday so amazing! All of the pony interaction was lovely and really enjoyed by all the kids, Diane had them playing games and having an absolute ball! Belle and Crunchie were so gentle and patient and a real pleasure to be around. THEN came lunch in a tree house and a play in the utterly awesome woodland area with a zip line—even some of the adults had a go on the bridge! Cannot give a high enough recommendation to these ladies, they really pulled out all the stops! Highly recommend for children’s birthdays 😃”

“This has to be by far the worst nursery I’ve ever encountered! The manager was beyond ignorant, she set up a meeting with me then when I got there she left, she also kept all my personal details including my signature, bank details and funding forms. I was told I would get them back the same week, I didn’t hear back at all for 3 weeks, every time I called I was told they’re dealing with the papers now and I would have to keep waiting, they’re just contacting the college about the funding. I’ve now been told 5 days before my son starts and my college course starts that he hasn’t got a place as they don’t accept funding from colleges. I have been in contact and had a visit over 2 months ago, they’ve been aware it’ll be college funding for that amount of time. I have explained that this will stop me from attending my course and will set back me and my son horribly to be told there’s nothing she can do and it’s basically not her problem as she’s a knew manager. I should ask the college to hold off on their start date HAHAHA! I’ve never been so upset and disappointed in my life, they have no consideration and are absolutely all over the place! I would not recommend in any way shape or form, vile and extremely unprofessional!”
