“Staff were quite rude at collection, made me find my own jeans in a rack, said I was late for collection (they had my phone number and did not contact me to say my item was finished,) the staff just come across as very short and blunt, no customer service at all, and you’re just made to be an inconvenience. I’d recommend going somewhere else. I was also charged £26 for a small rip in a pair of jeans being fixed which I thought was kinda a rip off.”

Really professional in addressing style options and gave great advice on how the alterations should be done to suit my shape and the dress style Gave a quote for the work upfront - it was a difficult adjustment and they wanted to make sure it was done right so popped back for a check before I needed the dress so they could make sure they had it done right Everything was done quick and I will definitely use them again”
