Jens worked professionally with us and with the Council officials, keeping abreast of warrents and details. When I've done something like this before, I've gone safe-and-familiar. Jens stretched our imagination enough without moving us into an uncomfortable zone or giving us plans that were all "fur coat and no knickers".
