“I have ordered biriyani and achari chicken via JustEat. The Chicken Biriyani was disappointing. It tasted more like plain yellow rice with butter/ghee rather than a proper biriyani. There was very little flavour or spice, just yellow rice with some coriander on top. The Chicken Achari was also not very enjoyable as it was extremely tangy and overpowering. Overall, the dishes did not meet the flavour and quality as it named after.”

“This hidden gem was just down the road from our accommodation and we were so pleased to have found it! We had the butter chicken with garlic naan and the lamb korma with basmati rice. Both portions were very generous, we struggled to finish it all! Both the butter chicken and lamb korma were so delicious and flavoursome, it was the perfect warm meal after a long cold day in Edinburgh. The spice was not too hot, a great balance of flavour and heat. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and made the environment very welcoming. Would definitely return!”

“Dangal is, to say the least, one of the best Chicken Biriyani making places in the entirety of Edinburgh. Their Chicken Biriyani is delicious, spicy and flavoursome. Furthermore, their portions are large enough to fill a bodybuilder!. The price is extemely reasonable in my opinion and I would recommend Dangal for their Chicken Biriyani. I'd also like to add that the 'Chicken Tikka Masala' is also well done and in good taste. An amazing place !”
