“Used this company twice for preservation works to treat and eradicate dry rot. Roger is a good surveyor and knows his stuff. Pragmatic in identifying a solution. Willie and team were excellent in carrying out the work. The work was a good price. Unfortunately, my guarantees, despite promises have not materialised for either job. Umpteen chasers have all been ignored. Very disappointing - I feel cheated. Anyone embarking on this type of work will already be stressed given the impact and cost to them and their home. I'd suggest paying more and going with one of the bigger firms.”
