I wanted a report that went beyond the Home Report I had when I bought the property and offered details along the lines of a RICS level 3 survey report. The surveyor, Mark Finlayson, responded quickly and professionally and asides from being a lovely chap, also provided advice more generally about my project. I understand Reid Mitchell’s focus is mostly on commercial projects but from my own experience, they should expand this offering to meet demand in this area. Their fee was very reasonable and considerably lower than that of a well-known Edinburgh surveyors. From my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Reid Mitchell.”
