“We had an appointment at the Charm bar and made two necklaces for our daughters for Christmas. Firstly every member of the team were awesome, explained everything clearly and gave timescales so we knew how long things were going to take. There was so much choice for charms. 100’s of options. So many things to make the necklace personal like initials and star signs. Loads of charms for different interests, food, drink, animals etc as well as gems and stones. There is also a different choice of chain for the necklaces and bracelets, different loop sizes. We had a great time picking out the different options of charms & the team carefully welded them together and packaged lovely in a box and bag. Overall a great experience with lovely people at a really reasonable price. These are a lovely gift for others or yourself and truly unique.”
