“Lucky find as was hoping to swim while visiting the city. Fortunately in the morning the pool was not too busy. Added the sauna option. Easy to change in cabins adjacent to the pool. The Victorian pool hall was a treat to swim in given the many windows allowing light to pour in.”

“The man bun wearing front staff could not be less engaging with his crossed arms answering my question, I clearly inconvenienced his leisurely sit down. Does Edinburgh Leisure offer customer skill training? Love the venue though, and more mature staff members are brilliant.”

“This is a beautiful old swimming pool and the sauna and steam room are good too. But what really lets it down is its very short opening hours on the weekend (closes at 15:00) and how expensive it is (£9.98 for swim and use of sauna/steam room, without a membership). I had an Edinburgh Leisure membership, which brings the price per visit down, but I cancelled it as I could never use it when I wanted.”
