I shouldn’t have worried because as soon as I entered the clinic I felt comfortable and received a very warm welcome. “I have been getting treatment here for the past 4 weeks for plantar fasciitis with shockwave therapy and laser treatment by the fantastic Joanna . She is very thorough and nothing is too much trouble you can tell she really loves her job because as soon as she’s about to administer the shockwaves she has a big smile 😃 on her face 😂. She makes my sessions fun and it distracts me from any pain I may have. She goes above and beyond as I was in severe pain so she decided to try acupuncture which I was very nervous about , what did she do ? put my favourite song on as she did it , who knew you could bop along while getting acupuncture. She really puts you at ease and my sessions are always a pleasure. 10/10 she is an absolute credit to your practice and the staff at the reception area are all lovely and friendly aswell . Highly recommend.”
