“The place is a dirty dirty dump. Operations manager was just done for drink driving, that sets the standard for the place. No cleaning schedules, passing off irish and english meat as scottish. The only good reviews of this place are by the owner and his family. Surprised they haven't killed anybody yet. As its definitely on the schedule. Don't worry though if your a drunk or a drug user you'll fit right in with 90% of the staff. Maybe 3 qualified butchers in the whole place if your lucky, the others you wouldn't trust to cut your sandwich in half. State of the art dry ager - what they mean is a converted hgv trailer that is cleaned once a year at best 👌 Quite possibly the worse supplier in scotland as nothing is their own, it just comes from Jewitts, DB foods or ABP.. 2 or which are english companies 🤔 Gilmours the suppliers of mouldy beef and sour sausages!”

“Communication is great and their steaks are absolutely wonderful, but bought some chicken for the second time and was really looking forward to it (as the last time it was beautiful quality) but the smell coming from it is absolutely putrid. I’m usually a bit blasé about things like that and wouldn’t give it too much mind but it’s like nothing I’ve ever smelt before Still can’t give 1 star as the steaks are that good! pork is great too”
