“We hired Josh for 10 hours of photography and videography for our wedding (elopement) in Scotland. We’re from Australia, and Josh made the whole process so easy for us even though we were overseas during the pre-wedding process, he had a video call with us to get to know us and we knew instantly he was the right person to capture our day. We started our photos for a couple of hours in Edinburgh, and then travelled to Glencoe for our ceremony. Josh had organised a couple of beautiful stops along the way for photo opportunities. Thankfully the weather even allowed Josh to put his drone up to capture some special moments from our day. Josh had our entire album and our beautiful wedding video back to us within 4-5 weeks, incredible turnaround time for wedding photography and videography. We are so overjoyed by the beautiful photos and video that Josh handed back to us, we couldn’t have dreamed of a better result. “We had such an amazing experience with Josh as our photographer! From the beginning he was helpful and thorough in all of the details. He made sure we were well informed about the whole process, meeting with us through a video call before the day so we could get to know each other and go over any questions. On the day, from when he arrived he got to work capturing the special moments in a friendly and helpful way. He added to the fun of the morning getting ready and captured the details beautifully. When it came to the ceremony, we barely noticed him there and he respected the quiet moments of prayer and preaching. One of the things we were concerned about was that being a distraction and he captured the moments in a way that wasn't off-putting like other wedding photographers we've been seen. He was fun and helpful in managing our (large!) families for group photos and captured some beautiful photos of my husband and I, despite the rain and wind. Somehow he made it look absolutely magical, despite the conditions! Throughout the reception, he was incredibly respectful of the family, quietly capturing the beautiful moments and helping make the day extra special. We cannot recommend Josh enough for your special day! He travels outside of Edinburgh if you need it (which he did for us) and worked hard to accommodate our vision of the day.
